What is GPS Human Performance?

We are the most versatile gym in Fayetteville, NC. We are the go to gym for Fort Bragg and it’s surrounding communities. We provide elite level coaching with top notch customer service and are here for  everyone, whether you are new to fitness or you’re experienced and looking for that training edge.

What do you offer?

We currently offer coach lead classes in CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting and Tactical Strength & Conditioning daily, plus custom programming to include Tactical Performance Training Plans as well as Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching.

How does being a member work?

It depends on the membership option you choose. The majority of our MEMBERSHIP packages are for unlimited visits per week, giving you the flexibility to come as many days as you’d like. But we also have a few other options as well for those with a little less flexibility in their schedule.

Do I need to be in good shape before I start?

NO! We are here to help you get as fit as possible, as safe as possible and as fast as possible! It’s possible that you may need the workouts to be scaled to your current level of fitness, but that’s not a problem, it’s what we do.

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is defined as constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity with the goal to increase your work capacity across broad time and modal domains. The goal is to make you a better athlete so you’ll be able to tackle just about anything this world throws at you.  We will follow a systematic strength training program to allow you the opportunity to get as strong as possible while you continue to crush workouts.

I have a laundry list of old injuries, can you help get me back in shape?

Yes!  Our co-owner Geoff is a Certified Athletic Trainer. Injury Prevention, Rehabilitation and Progressing athletes back to full go are some of his strong suits. Just ask him, if he can’t answer the question he’ll find someone who can.

What is your Drop-In policy?

If you wanted to test us out or are just visiting from another gym our Drop-In fee is $15 or buy a T-shirt or Tank Top and it’s free!  Contact us for weekly rates or any other special circumstances.
