CrossFit – 5:30AM, 6:30AM, 9:00AM, 4:00PM, 7:00PM (No FRI)
Strength & Conditioning – 5:00PM, 6:00PM
Olympic Weightlifting – 7:30AM, 8:00PM (No FRI)
Hybrid – 6:00PM S&C or CF (Friday ONLY, members has the option to do either class)
Grounds & Pounds Weightlifting Club Team Training 8:00AM
CrossFit 10:00AM (or monthly YOGA** or Community WOD**)
