Custom Programming

Our owner Geoff provides individualized programming in a variety of modalities. Types of programs include: Tactical Performance Training (including Advanced Selection Train-Ups), CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, Sport Specific and General Fitness Training. Geoff at times must restrict the amount of people he works with based on demand to ensure the highest of quality he gives his current clients. Availability is limited and there may be a waitlist.

 

All programs include injury prevention techniques, dynamic warm-up routines, mobility exercises as well as email communication and video technique assessment (when required and applicable). Be sure to check out our YOUTUBE channel for tons of exercises. Starting at $100/12-week cycle. All programming is non-refundable.
