To give our members the best strength and conditioning value that they can find and to educate them to be able to make informed fitness training decisions for their life. We provide these with the highest quality of member satisfaction delivered with a sense of passion, integrity, pride and fun.

About Us:
Our goal is to guide all of our members toward their physical fitness and sport performance goals. We offer a wide variety of services that include Strength & Conditioning, Olympic-Style Weightlifting, CrossFit, Nutrition Coaching and Personal Training. We love helping people and we want to help you lose weight, gain muscle, move better and get stronger than you thought possible. We design, plan, program and implement the workouts for you. All you have to do is just show up and put the work in; we’ll take care of the rest. It’s that easy; all you have to do is show up!

Methodology
GPS Human Performance offers a variety of programming with injury prevention as goal #1. We are led by a former THOR3 Strength & Conditioning Coach with 10 years of experience in the field of Human Performance, as well as a Masters Degree in Exercise Science. It is our passion to help you achieve your goals all while keeping you safe and progressing you in a controlled environment. We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to accomplish your goals in record time. No gimmicks, just knowledge, sweat & hard work!
