Programming Details:
A standard training block for this team is 8-12 weeks with 5 training session per week, typically performed Mondays – Thursdays, with Fridays and Sundays as a active rest days and Saturdays being the big training day with Snatches and Clean & Jerks. Every cycle will vary, but the training goals will always be to improve your technique, increase your strength and establish solid movement patterns even under fatigue. I include accessory work, core and back work as well as technique prep, warm-ups and cool-downs.
