We understand the demand for high quality training programs for the Tactical Athlete with the flexibility to complete workouts at home or in one of the gyms available on base. As a result, the guess work of what to do in the gym is over. Gone are the days of doing push-ups, sit-ups, running and rucking. So stop wasting your time and start maximizing it. The GPS Tactical Strength & Conditioning Program is an all-inclusive approach to training with the Tactical Athlete at the heart of it. The program will promote strength, power, endurance, mobility, flexibility, agility and function. All while preventing injuries and creating more resilient soldiers.
The GPS TSAC Program incorporates programming for coinciding gains in your main lifts and conditioning with 3-5 gym based workouts/week (ie Squats, Pulls, Press, Cleans) plus an additional 2-3 conditioning based workouts (ie Running, Rucking, Intervals, Sprints). All workouts typically will be completed in under one hour that are expertly designed to prepare the body for the duties that are required of our tactical athletes at home or on mission down range.

The Tactical Strength & Conditioning Program is programmed monthly by Coach Geoffrey Steinbacher, co-owner of GPS Human Performance. He previously worked as a Strength & Conditioning Coach within Special Operations THOR3 Program (Tactical Human Optimization Rapid Rehabilitation & Reconditioning) at Ft. Bragg, NC.
Coach Geoffrey Steinbacher is a CSCS, ATC & USAW Advanced Sports Performance Coach. He earned a BS in Athletic Training from SUNY Cortland and a MS in Exercise Science from Syracuse University. Coach Geoff has worked with Special Operation soldiers since 2009, and has helped program for dozens of soldiers in preparation for advanced military selections in all branches of the armed services.

A. $20/month or $220/year.
Q. How long are the workouts?
A. Around 60-75 minutes max per training session.

A. Yes, but if by chance there isn’t please let us know and we will get it to you ASAP.
Q. How long is each training cycle?
A. Typically they run for 4-5 weeks.
Q. What do I do if I join today and find that we are mid-cycle?
A. You have two options, you could go back to Week 1 and start there or you can treat the week that you join as Week 1 (working at the prescribed percentages) then follow the prescribed increase every week until the completion of that cycle.
