Not only do you get the programming, but you get access to an actual expert in the field of human performance to coach you up along the way. On this team you will have daily prehab/dynamic warm-ups to prepare you for the training, you will lift and move heavy weights with a purpose, train accessory movements to mitigate injuries, ramp up your capacity through finisher circuits, sprints, intervals and rucking. Plus what’s the point if we aren’t hitting some weekly arm farm and beach work too! It’s one thing to be harder to kill, it’s another thing to look harder to kill as well.
