Online Training Program

Online Training ProgramOnline Training Program is LIVE!!!

The GPS Human Performance online training program will be delivered by TrainHeroic, the premiere performance app. Our programming with video exercise instruction and workout tracking will be right in the palm of your hand.

We understand the demand for high quality training programs for the Tactical Athlete with the flexibility to complete workouts at home or in one of the gyms available on base. As a result, the guess work of what to do in the gym is over. Gone are the days of doing push-ups, sit-ups, running and rucking. So stop wasting your time and start maximizing it. Following the program designed by a professional who has trained elite level soldiers for nearly a decade.

The GPS Tactical Strength & Conditioning Program is an all-inclusive approach to training with the Tactical Athlete at the heart of it. The program will promote strength, power, endurance, mobility, flexibility, agility and function. All while preventing injuries and creating more resilient soldiers.

The GPS TSAC Program incorporates programming for coinciding gains in your main lifts and conditioning with 3-5 gym based workouts/week (ie Squats, Pulls, Press, Cleans) plus an additional 2-3 conditioning based workouts (ie Running, Rucking, Intervals, Sprints). All workouts typically will be completed in under one hour that are expertly designed to prepare the body for the duties that are required of our tactical athletes at home or on mission down range.

Whether you are a new soldier looking to get stronger, faster and fitter, a soldier looking to take their career to the next level or a seasoned Operator looking for a better way to train, the GPS Tactical Strength & Conditioning Program will make you an all around better athlete and ready to tackle any obstacle thrown your way.

The Tactical Strength & Conditioning Program is programmed monthly by Coach Geoffrey Steinbacher, co-owner of GPS Human Performance. He previously worked as a Strength & Conditioning Coach within Special Operations THOR3 Program (Tactical Human Optimization Rapid Rehabilitation & Reconditioning) at Ft. Bragg, NC.

Coach Geoffrey Steinbacher is a CSCS, ATC & USAW Advanced Sports Performance Coach. He earned a BS in Athletic Training from SUNY Cortland and a MS in Exercise Science from Syracuse University. Coach Geoff has worked with Special Operation soldiers since 2009, and has helped program for dozens of soldiers in preparation for advanced military selections in all branches of the armed services.

What our past members are saying...

"I’ve been a member at this gym since the beginning and I honestly have to say that the one thing that keeps me coming back is the excellent coaching that is provided. Geoff and Lisa are very helpful in observing and coaching you through your lifts to make sure your form is on point and you don’t get injured. Another great thing I love about this gym is the great friendships I’ve made. Everyone is super friendly and very welcoming to new comers. Best gym in the Fort Bragg area for sure!" - Andrew
