Talk about wild times that we live in right now. Fingers crossed it doesn’t get any wilder and the Zombies don’t actually show up. A lot has changed in the past week in the US and even more across the globe with the CoVID-19 crisis really taking off. But have no fear, GPS Human Performance has been around helping people for over 5+ years with our performance based training programs and top-of-the-line coaching. And that’s why I put together 50 at Home Workouts, for FREE.
GPS Human Performance is here to HELP
Sadly, I know that a majority of you out there don’t have an awesome garage gym set-up and with this virus running amuck it is limiting opportunities for a lot of you to keep training. That is why these workouts are all equipment FREE. A number of states have already closed down gyms for the foreseeable future with more pulling the trigger daily. I feel it is only a matter of time before all gyms in major metropolitan areas are shut down for a couple weeks. And that’s why I started to think about ways I potentially could help ease peoples stress, even if just a little. Last week, a number of my Remote Programming Athletes reached out to me about what to do if and/or when gyms close down because of the Coronavirus Pandemic. It lit a little flame under me to get to work and try and solve a problem that a number of my athletes were about to experience.
Long story short I put together 50 at Home, No Equipment, No Gym Workouts for all of my athletes around the globe that they can do without leaving the safety of their home. I love helping people and I figured why keep these workouts available to only my current athletes? So for all of your out there that are looking for some at home, minimalist workouts to do over the next few weeks I have got you covered. Also, if by chance you do have a kettlebell or a medball laying around the garage, I have some scale up options listed as well. That way if you’re a go-getter you can increase the difficulty by adding a little resistance to an exercise or swap a movement out completely.
“If the Zombies come it’s best to be prepared!”
Like I said at the start, these are FREE. Just enter your email below and the PDF will begin to download automatically. The only equipment that is required is your body. I’d say a pair of sneakers but I’m sure there is one weirdo out there that likes to run barefoot (Andy, my dear best friend, I’m talking to you). Also, if you’re someone who hasn’t really worked out much but figured “What the hell? Now is a good of time as any to get training for the Zombie Apocalypse”, the PDF has links that will take you to my YouTube movement library to help guide you on this journey! Below is our Dynamic Warm-Up that I highly recommend adding to the start of every workout you do.
I hope this is able to help a number of you break-up your day, break a sweat, and break whatever funk this Virus is trying to pull you down into. If you got the kiddos stuck at home with you, this might make a great at Home PE option for them as well. Most importantly, stay safe and if you have any questions just let me know. Also, here is a great little Post Training Recovery Flow to add to the end of each training session.
Need Help? Just ask…Seriously.
I hope this can help some of you out there. If you have questions let me know geoff@gpshumanperformance.com
